Retail Shop Vs Online Web Store FAQ

Dear Customers, we will be opening our retail shop on 8th March to provide an alternative channel and hopefully to give you a better experience after repeated requests from you.

Please see below for more information about the 2 channels:

Membership
Do note that we will be running 2 different points systems for the retail shop and the website.

 

Question: Are we able to claim the points accumulated on the web store at the retail shop?

Answer: Our apologies, at the moment we are unable to claim the points accumulated on the website at the retail shop.

Question: If I am a member at the web store, are we also a member at the retail shop?

Answer: As we are running on separate systems, we will require you to sign up as a member at the retail shop if you would like to purchase from there.

 

Delivery and Collection

Question: Are we able to collect online purchases at the retail shop?

Answer: Our apologies that at the moment we are unable to do that, online purchases will strictly be delivered by our delivery partners.

 

Payment

Question: What are the payment modes at the retail shop?

Answer: We accept cash, NETS and all major credit cards

 

Stock and Pricing

Question: Will there be a difference in stock availability at the retail shop?

Answer: Yes, there is a chance that the web store may be out of stock but not at the retail shop or vice versa

Question: Will there be different pricing at the retail shop?

Answer: Usually no, but sometimes we may run different promotions at the different channels

 

General

Question: What can I expect at the retail shop?

Answer: No headache with deliveries, products for you to see, touch and feel, staff that you can interact with (Please be gentle with our retail staff, thank you!).
