Delivery and Returns Policy
For purchases of more than S$40 in a single order, delivery will be free of charge to a single address within Singapore.
For all other purchases below S$40, the following delivery fee applies:
Delivery (approximately 1 to 3 working days after collection by delivery partner) ~ S$3.90 flat
Order Processing and Delivery duration
Please allow 1 working day (Monday to Friday) for us to process your order before collection by our delivery partners. Delivery of the parcel to your indicated shipping address or collection point will be 1 to 3 working days thereafter.
Hence, please allow for at least 2 to 4 working days after you make your order to receive the products.
While we always work closely with our delivery partners to ensure that the products get delivered securely to you within the shortest reasonable time frame, we seek your understanding that during periods of exceptional sale volumes (public holiday long weekends, sale periods, etc), there might be some delays expected.
For urgent need of products, please make the purchase at our retail shop that is in operation every day! You will receive the products immediately 🙂

Upon successful completion of the payment, your order will be processed within 24 hours or by the next working day if it falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday.
We will be using the following courier service providers to delivery the products to you:

- Collection Points – Self Collect at Ninja Collection Points across the island (https://ninjavan.helpjuice.com/13523-general/what-is-ninjapoint). Do note that delivery fee applies (if applicable).

Please note that this option must be indicated during the checkout page.
For self collection at collection points, please inform us at the Order Notes Box (right side of where you enter your billing details).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Do ensure that you enter the correct delivery address and contact details during checkout to minimize the situation of non-delivery due to miscommunication. Kindly note that an additional re-delivery fee of S$5 is chargeable if the number of re-deliveries by our local partner has been exceeded and your parcel is returned back to us.
Incorrect / Defective product
All our orders are individually checked, hand-packed and sealed before we send them out for delivery. In the event where you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and rectify the situation for you.
**Please note that for Vitamin C products, there is a possibility of it being leaked due transportation in the hot weather
If the damage or defect renders the product unusable, a new replacement will be sent to you as soon as we verified the damage/defect. Do note that we do not refund or replace products that are damaged as a result customer’s negligence. The duration of reporting damaged/defective items will be within 2 days after delivery of items. Customers are required to produce evidence of damage/defect and we may require you to make a trip down to our office to verify the defect.
Damage to the product packaging may occur during the delivery process although we seek to reduce the chance of it with careful packing, we will not be able to fulfill request to exchange product as a result of damage to packaging. Please do make the purchase at our retail outlet if this is a concern!
